Silverlight doesn’t have support for Arabic as now, it supports the Unicode so you can see the Arabic text but it is not from Right to left but instead left to right. The last time I heard they are doing something about it, PM Yasser Makram, he will have more info.

Hi, I'm new to Silverlight programming; I have installed silverlight 2 Beta 1 and Microsoft Blend 2.5 March Preview. I'm trying to create a new silverlight 2 application using Blend although the Arabic text is displayed well in XAML file it is displayed as separated characters when running the application.

Silverlight 4 supports Arabic, RTL and bi-directional text. You do not need to do anything within your application to support this! Mozilla does not offer a special version of the Silverlight plugin, and Microsoft announced the "end of life" for Silverlight for Firefox on all platforms as of 12/31/2016. So you probably need to stick with Windows to have a supported configuration of that app.
