Dec 04, 2015 · Ed Hamrick sure doesn't. I also don't get the criticism of their tech support. I file issues with them now and again, and they follow through politely and work hard on solving them. What I do see is a lot of very rude, aggressive flaming on their forum, usually from idiots who wouldn't even be able to recognise a manual, let along read it.

Sep 08, 2019 · Some 5 or 6 years ago I had a Nikon LS-4000 and back then I bit the bullet and bought the terribly expensive Silverfast software. It was a disaster. The program crashed many times and when I found a solution with the help of the support team, it would crash again once the OS updated.
