Apr 18, 2016 · Daniel, there are unofficial Intensity Shuttle USB3 drivers for Linux if you look around a bit. But you basically need to be a programmer to use them; they're if beta quality and not a drop-in replacement for BlackMagic's official drivers (they don't follow the same interface, and don't support all the functionality of the card).

Oct 07, 2017 · As I am using my Shuttle Xpress on Linux shanefiddle asked me for a tutorial about this. I am using Ubuntu 12.04, but I think this should work on most current distributions. Basically the current linux kernel knows the Shuttle Xpress and has the right drivers.

Mar 28, 2014 · Please do consider Linux driver support for the Intensity Shuttle. I have an Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 (as well as other Blackmagic devices, they are awesome!). I've yet to get the Shuttle working, including under Windows 7, as none of my computers have the proper USB 3.0 chipset (x58/P55?). Linux support seems inevitable for good hardware...
