If u have the acessiability to the device from the other location u can access it via telnet using hyperterminal where u have an option to telnet onto the boxes. Once you are in then u can select the option to get the log (Capture text) to an external file. Then u can issue the show techsupport command to capture the details.

The complete output is now in your file.
