Oct 17, 2013 · We talked with our VAR and they said even Shoretel 14 doesn't support IE 10/11 or other browsers. Why is this? I don't understand why the Director interface is so dependent on lower versions of IE. Does anyone have any insights on this? I don't know if anyone from Shoretel actually visits these, but it would be nice to hear something about this.
