Nov 14, 2014 · Well we have our yearly ShoreTel support payment (to the tune of about $7000) but nothing past that. I know the last company I worked for had the same type of "support" agreement with another company for a Mitel system but they pretty much charged us unless there was a harware failure so I guess this would be the same.
