Ensure that the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is checked and "use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected. Click the "Advanced" tab and make sure that "Use the following type of encrypted connection" is set to "None" for the outgoing (SMTP) port settings. Change the outgoing server port to 587.

Oct 27, 2017 · The incoming server is mail.oceanambassadors.org, and I can receive mail, but this doesn’t seem to work for the outgoing, and neither does smtp.oceanambassadors.org. I can also access this email through the webmail slft-lcqq.accessdomain.com, where I can both send and receive emails, but would really like it to all be integrated into Mac mail.
