Dec 30, 2010 · As a newbie to ereaders, the Literati seems to be doing what I want it to. It downloads books so I can read them. Obviously, for $60.00, it is not perfect, but I can live with it. I was wondering if anyone knew the storage capacity of the Literati (without SD card)? Also, I unable to ascertain information from sharper image regarding chargers.

Literati has a 512mb internal memory and it does use 1st generation kindle chargers. ... Thanks for the feedback from literati tech. support. They have 2 Customer Service numbers for hardware issues 800-374-2744 and 800-481-7938. 866-204-4714 is Kobo's customer support help line for software issues. Sharper Image is only the importer. Once it was fully charged and I got all the essentials loaded on my computer,(Kobo, Barnes and Noble,etc) I was good to go. Dec 09, 2011 · horrible customer service. Rec'd a Literati ereader for Christmas 2010 from family. My first Literati started freezing then gave out three months later, I called KOBO and it was replaced (waited two months total for replacment) Second unit has been freezing up, called KOBO who used to service Literati, they gave me the new Literati support number.
