Jan 01, 2014 · Have you tried by using host file entries? In a farm if there are multiple servers, we can put host file entry on each server so that once load balance chooses one of the servers for a client, all subsequent requests will come to same server.

Technical details: In B2, the machine account was used to access the feed; since this account is part of “All Authenticated Users” most feeds just worked.

Jan 18, 2014 · Hi All, I need to create an RSS feed viewer in the sharepoint page from an external site (Service Now) in which authentication is needed. I tried adding the OOTB RSS viewer webpart and found out that in our environment they are not allowing authenticated RSS feeds.
