Oct 13, 2015 · "the service provider does not support it" What does this mean and how do I fix it? When I go through all the steps to import my outlook contacts I get to the final step and it says "could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it.

You may need to create a new profile for Outlook and then try to do again the Google apps sync after. Click this Microsoft support site for the steps on how to do this. If the issue will be fixed by the new profile creation, you need to set it as the default by doing the following:
