Jul 07, 2011 · If SCVMM was doing somthing that impacted the environment (such as executing a job) then there will be a record in SCVMM. If somthing was happening at the hypervisor (outside the control of SCVMM) then SCVMM does not know that. If you have a solution like SCOM then you might be able to correlate something, but it depends on your monitoring rules.
