I was a customer for a few years, switched to Duo over a year ago, never looked back. Their support and implementation people at ScorpionSoft are great, until it's a development issue. It took ScorpionSoft years to fix iOS bugs (such as the app crashing when generating a password) and basic things like not having to log into a 2012+ server twice.
