I recently upgraded to NetBeans 6.9M1 (on Windows-XP Professional, SP3, with Sun JDK 1.6.0_20 and Scala 2.8.0.RC7). I also installed the nightly build Scala plugin as described here. But whenever I start NetBeans and open a Scala project, I get a popup that says "A java.lang.ClassNotFoundException exception has occurred.

I could figure out that the first install which worked installed a plugin that the scala kit depends on in version 2.8.x while it now is updated to 2.9. In my opinion that new 2.9 plugin is damaged. Unfortunatly I dont know hot to get the old 2.8.x version which seemed to work.
