Start the Command Prompt program (DOS), when the black box shows up, type CD C:\PROGRAM FILES\SBC SELF SUPPORT TOOL then hit ENTER. Then type UNINSTALL SBC and ENTER. After it finishes, I restarted my computer and navigated back to the directory in Windows Explorer to delete the directory and the remaining files that didn’t uninstall.
