1) If you have a problem logging on to the portal, in the Welcome screen click Get Support. In the displayed dialog box, you can get help with Password Reset and other logon problems, such as a forgotten password. To make "Get Support" visible, make sure 'ume.logon.logon_help' property is set to true in visual admin under UME setting.
