Jul 23, 2009 · I own two Sansa Fuze, which by judging from the emails from the Customer service, doubting whether it was a good thing to do. Anyway, in one case the on/off button stopped working after about 8 months or so. After many research and calling up the Sansa customer service, I discovered that they will replace it for free. I was Ecstatic!!!
