So from what I can tell the “Community Toolbar” is from Conduit. It seems you get this message if you installed it, or a variety of other toolbars that are versions of it with different names, and then uninstalled it by deleting only one component and not the rest.

When launching Safari, you get the error: “We’re sorry, but the Safari browser version you are currently using does not support the community toolbar.” and the plugin appears to not be installed.” Solution. Go to your main hard drive (usually Macintosh HD) Go to the Library folder. Go to the Application Support folder. Delete the Condult folder.

It does not support the latest version of Safari. The new msn homepage when it appeared first wouldn't load. Then all the contents appeared only on the left side of the page.
