Sep 26, 2016 · Primary Support is designed to provide hot fixes for product defects and security vulnerabilities. RSA DLP will reach its End of Extended Support (EOXS) on December 31, 2018. Under extended support, customers receive benefits provided by their previous support agreement for all Severity 1 cases, including hot fixes to product defects if necessary.
