I am sure the cost to upgrade isn't cheap, but why are we still using a broken, outdated copy of Blackboard Learning Systems for RPILMS? Looking at their website Blackboard, it seems like a lot of their new features (Instant messaging, group conferences, collaboration on files, etc) would greatly benefit RPI students, especially group projects.
