Nov 10, 2013 · I would hope that Roxio had published a patch to fix this issue, but there are no patches available on the Roxio/Corel site for Creator 2009. The only patch I have been able to find is Creator 2009 Service Pack 4, which doesn't resolve this problem.

Jun 08, 2011 · The Windows 7 Compatibility Center shows that Roxio Creator 2009 is compatible. However, Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate shows it needs an upgrade. You will need to check on the Roxio Website for upgrades and prices.

I had purchased this product as the updated CreatorNXT would not reconize any slide program set up using Roxio Creator 2009. The Roxio Creator 2009 that I purchased from Amazon did not do any better only giving me errors. Of course Roxio does not support any of their older versions. Roxio Creator 2009 [OLD VERSION]
