Jun 22, 2013 · Best Answer: i’m facing the same fking problem, try this: The IP fragments message means your MTU setting in your router is not correct. Insure the MTU setting on your PS3 is set to automatic and try to locate the MTU value in your router pages and note what it is. If it's 1500 it may need to be lower.
