Now the problem is that I can not connect my VPN on LAN, so I doubt that the R8000 does not support NAT loopbak. The other thing is that I can connect my VPN on WAN but the speed is very slow. I tested several times, the speed is unstable around 5Mbps-10Mbps while i can't do anything even to open a website with that speed.

Hi BlackPR. NAT Loopback is not an application that is supported by Comcast on the Business Gateways. However, Static Routing under the LAN Tab does allow for customer specific configurations.
