Absolutely horrible customer support. Absolutely horrible customer support. I really don't know how they can sell products that when they stop working, just stop doing anything about it when they cant fix their own products. I had 2 brand new keyboards that some of the keys quit working a couple weeks after receiving and very minimal use.

When I contacted Roccat they first feinged ignorance regarding the issue but did'nt want to know in any case.
