They informed me that Staples Easy Tech support staff did not install the network security and the computer still was laden with virus and malware type infections. I'm incredibly disspapointed in this and wish I would have read for easy tech alternatives before losing over $300 to these guys. Good luck, and DO NOT use Staples Easy Tech!

Staples is great for sales people or workers who are reliable and stay in low level positions. The support structure for IT leaves much to be desired as first tier support is off shored and often the agent helping does not easily understand the issue at hand.3.5/5(11.7K)

Staples has beem giving me the loop about an ivestigation they had said would only take 1 buisness day but has now taken 4 and still no resoloution. Who would leave a cell phone outside in the middle of winter anyways! Not even worth a 1 star review but that is as low as it will let me grade.
