The fuser is missing or installed incorrectly. Install or reseat the fuser. Turn off the printer, wait at least 10 seconds. Push up the latch on the left side of the printer to open Left Door A. Warning: Use caution, some components behind the left door may be hot. If the fuser is present, reseat it. Loosen the screws on each side of the fuser.
