With dual extrusion, you have more raft and support options than just turning them on and off. Click on Settings > Custom Tab > Multi-Material Printing to choose from these options: Use Support Material Extruder to have the raft or supports printed only using the left or right extruder. 0 is the right extruder and 1 is the left extruder.
