If you just want to use this for a personal tvlistings application, the ReplayTV support is actually optional. Screenshots "Now" By default the listings show programming from the current day and hour. Programs that have ended are shown in dark gray, programs that are in progress are light gray. ReplayTV support has told some community members that all servers will be shut down on 7/31, preventing setting the system clock. In this case, "Manual Record" probably just means pressing the "Record" button to record for a period of time, not a manually scheduled recording.

To clear cached lineup/timezone info, change the zipcode on the ReplayTV. (again, the value doesn't matter) Once your first ReplayTV is working ok, you can add additional units; add units and subscribe using the "Purchase Services" button on the "My Account" page. setup each unit by following the above instructions, just like the first one.
