Jan 21, 2009 · Radiator support is welded in about 100 spots, well maybe closer to 75 spots, the best way to change it out is to get a spot weld cutter and look closely where the support meets the front bulkhead and up by where the fenders first bolt is (closest to headlights) you must remove the fenders to get at the top spot welds. some pics/sites

Mar 29, 2012 · I need to replace it because I hit a coyote on the highway and it bent the bottom part of the support. My radiator will not sit flush due to this. My hood and front end still lines up well, no gaps. I tried looking for just that bottom part in junkyards but they're all bent too so I guess buying a whole support would be my only option.
