Hi All, I am having trouble registering the Hosting Device on a new installation of HP Insight Remote Support. The version is 7.0.5.0193. The initial connection test is succesful but as soon as I click Register with HP, it takes about 10 minutes then says Unable to Register with HP.

Nov 28, 2016 · I called HPE support and the couldn't help me. After four hours in hotlines and searching forums I gave up. We have some other older HP servers like G7 and G8 with valid support and warranty packages too and I whant put all of them into one HP account to manage this devices.
