Jun 15, 2009 · I would obviously like to use Network Level Authenication to be more secure as I am accessing the desktop using my laptops wireless connection. When I try to do this, I get the usual message saying that "The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which my computer does not support".

Solution #3: Disable Network Level Authentication using Registry Editor. Network Level Authentication can be blocked via Registry Editor as well. However, you need to do that on the remote computer.
