Aug 17, 2015 · Can anyone please let me know if BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6.04 or 8.0 or 8.1 support RESTful web services and/or JSON implementation? If yes, can I get the document or brief idea how it is done exactly? May 29, 2018 · Hi all Our IT organization is divided in development streams and IT operation. The main communication and tracking tool for the developments teams is RocketChat.. If an Incident in BMC Remedy is assigned to one of these development teams (3rd-level-support) they actually get an EMail group notification - but they are not really happy with that.
