Aug 18, 2010 · To uninstall Spin Doctor there should be a "cdsdd.plist" and a "com.roxio.hzsystems.CDSpinDoctor.plist" file in your User>Library>Preferences folder and a "CDSDAudioCaptureSupport.kext" file in you System>Library>Extensions folder. At least that is what I have although my version is the one bundled with Toast 10.

Hi, click the Finder icon, then click the Go menu and select Computer. Select your active boot volume, will usually appear as Macintosh-HD. Browse to System > Library/Extensions and type hpPlugininit into the search bar, select to search in the Exxtensions folder and move the hpPlugininit.kext file to the trash.

Sep 23, 2009 · It first happened with the 9.0 update and again with 9.0.1. I agree it is related to Roxio Toast but I think only v10. It did not happen on my 10.5 with Toast 8. I am going to do a clean reinstall and try to skip the spin doctor app.
