Jan 25, 2018 · There are 3 levels of support for Production environments, Self-Support, Standard and Premium. Premium support offers 24×7 support (for severity 1 & 2 incidents) as well as Extended Update Support. The latter can also be purchased as an add-on to Standard support.

May 17, 2013 · Hello, As far as I understand in order to use legally JBoss EAP final build in production I have to have buy scubscription from Red Hat. RHEL has Self Support Subscription option which is significantly cheaper and this subscription model fits my needs perfectly.
