Expected results: Should work. Additional info: Not sure what to file this bug on.. Support for SCTP is missing completely in SELinux, not just the from the policy. The kernel maps everything "unknown" as if it was rawip, which allows to workaround the problem but not sure if this is entirely safe as rawip is a bit more than just SCTP...

I take your point, but it's not really state tracking, in the sense that with TCP we can look at the header and get the startup (SYN/ACK), tear down (FIN/ACK) and each packet in the flows sequence numbers, plus we can quite easily calculate the next expected sequence number(s).
