Aug 04, 2010 · Hi there, I was wondering what would be the best way to recompile php with pdo and pdo_mysql support, as I've tried to install them with pecl, but it seems to require php to be compiled with pdo and pdo_mysql support in order for it to work.

Then it all worked, except that for some strange reason, the php.ini file that gets picked up is the one from my old PHP directory, not the latest upgrade one. But this can be detected by running phpinfo which shows the loaded php.ini file so I knew which one to amend with the fastcgi options.

Oct 06, 2018 · I have php-5.3.6 and postgresql installed in my Fedora 13. But it seems that postgresql support is not enabled in php. My phpinfo() page doesn't show any PostgreSQL section, neither pdo_pgsql section. I checked /etc/php.ini, and it shows that PostgresSQL is enabled.
