Jan 11, 2020 · I'd base the purcchase of an AV receiver upon its audio capabilities as opposed to buying a potentially less acomplished model purely because it supports HDR10+. Most players that support it include 2 HDMI outputs so you can still convey the video to a compliant display without need to pass it through the AV receiver.
