Sep 05, 2017 · RCN refused to give me the new customer bundle at the new customer price, because mumble mumble mumble. They did knock 30 bucks off my bundle price, but that's all they can do because mumble mumble mumble mumble, basically they changed the service tiers and of course did not update the existing customers unless they ask.2/5(236)
