Just like with Origins, I can't get 360 controller support to work in the game unless I unplug all other joystick like devices (joystick, rudder pedals, etc) and uninstall the drivers for my Space Pilot Pro (just unplugging isn't enough for it, it has a joystick emulator that stays available when the device is unplugged).

Aug 21, 2017 · How many Xbox 360 controllers have you been able to use simultaneously with Rayman Origins on Windows ? We were successful at playing the game with two Xbox 360 wireless controllers. Beyond that, for the 3rd player, Rayman Origins did not see the additional Xbox 360 wireless controller. We were then unable to play with more than two players.

May 05, 2019 · The reason seems to be that Rayman games are attempting to use all available controllers on the system, even if they are unsupported. When using a controller like the Wii U Pro or the PlayStation controller, we end up with two actual controllers in Windows, the original controller and the Xbox 360 (emulated) controller.

Despite using a Wired 360 controller, I decided to try using one of my other controllers, just to see if it could work for you (I have an old "Hammerhead Interact" usb controller, which is a good ten+ years old). The controller worked just fine, though you have to go into the options and set the controls manually.
