Dual Monitors & ATI Radeon HD 5450 Video Card 07-10-2011 09:41 AM the card will not support 2 digital connection together. you need to use one digital and one analog connection. I think the analog connection does not differmuch from dvi is smallerdistance and in small desktop screens.

Oct 27, 2015 · The Radeon HD 5450 will only allow any 2 simultaneous outputs from it's legacy connectors. There is no adapter that can convert a DVI/VGA/HDMI output to Display Port. Newer products which include a display port, can provide 3 simultaneous outputs if using the native Display Port or by using an Active Display Port adapter.Reviews: 5

Jan 16, 2016 · Since then I purchased an AMD HD5450 in order to support dual monitors. In order to fit the card into my mini tower slot I removed the VGA. Currently the HDMI is plugged in to the card and the VGA is plugged in to an adapter to the DVI port also on the card. I have had no luck is getting the second monitor to work.
