Nov 16, 2007 · Hello! I have a HP nx7010 laptop, Radeon 9200 @ 1680x1050. I bought a Fujitsu-Siemens LCD monitor, 19", Widescreen with 1400x900 resolution. The problem is i CAN NOT select the native (1400x900) resolution to extend my desktop.

2005FPW resolution nightmare OK, I just bought this beautiful 2005fpw, looks like a great monitor and I can't use it at all. My notebook has a Radeon 9200, which only supports 16/9 screens at 1920 x 1080, and the Dell complains that it doesn't support that resolution and does nothing.

Feb 02, 2005 · If that's fine and you still can't go up to 1680x1050 try reducing the color depth from 32-bit to 16-bit and see if that opens more options up. If not, then you may want to look into a new video card. As far as low profile goes I've had some experience with PowerColor's Radeon 9200 w/DVI.

Well I called dell again, they said that the Radeon X300 would not even support the 1680x1050 resolution so I said the heck with that whats the point in having a high resolution screen if you cant use it to the max.. So I changed the order to the Nvidia 6800...Cant wait to get it.
