QTP 11 is ancient, it doesn't support Windows 10 (or 8 for that matter). UFT supports Windows 10 beginning with version 12.51, however Microsoft Edge isn't supported (at the time this answer is written).

Mar 26, 2013 · The problem now is that Firefox is all the way up to version 19 now (at least on my machine at work) and I cannot use that version with QTP 10 to prove that "QTP 10 works with Firefox". I've used QTP 11 in previous company so I know what you are talking about when it comes support on later versions of Firefox. I hope this answers your question.
