    Oct 04, 2018 · I have a client with the same issue. Their router won't even route IPV6, but it makes no difference. The Exchange 2010 server assigns its IPV6 address to the email header and Google rejects the email because there is no PTR record. The ISP, Bright House, doesn't even support IPV6, so there is no way to ask them to add a PTR record.
