Yeah, just copy, I have two films on my PS3 Hard Drive (18GB and 25GB) and I just copied them over the network, when they appear on your PS3, just press Triangle and move down to Copy and it will ask if you want to copy it to the consoles hard Drive, choose yes and wait a while and then they run fine, even running a little demo mode in the XMB.
