Feb 29, 2016 · Alien Resurrection is the first PS1 game I hear of that uses both analog sticks of the Dualshock besides Ape Escape. Are there any other games on PS1 that used the right analog stick at all? It doesn't have to be a Dualshock exclusive like Ape Escape. Just one that uses the right stick.

If anyone could remember any others that would be great. EDIT: This post is referring to PS1 games that required dual analog sticks. I forgot that for 6 months Sony had a dual analog controller that did not have a vibration feature that was soon phased out and replaced with the original DualShock controller.

It's kinda surprising to me that more games didn't have options for dualshock. it would have benefitted a lot in stuff like syphon filter and FPS games. they would still be playable for people without the dualshock but it would convince people to buy one and give the people with dualshocks more justification of buying a new controller.

Ape Escape was the first game to require the Dual Shock (you moved with the left stick and acted with the right). I think many Dual Shocks came with the game packed in to emphasize the point.
