Mar 12, 2012 · Problem: shockwave/flash ignores the proxy settings from browser and Device. He tries to connect . directly without proxy, whitch is not working of course.. Are there any options to configure the proxy settings for Shockwave or is this a bug? Thanks for any help!

So, you can set proxy server etc. in your browser. In case you use flash embedded in your own application, it gets proxy settings from IE. To override their, you can intercept WinInet functions InternetConnect (and call InternetSetOption to set proxy address and port) and InternetOpen (to set proxy login and password).

But when i'm trying to open a online flash game like DDTank and Gamezer Billiards it connect without problems but after playing for 5-10 minutes it tell me the connect was lose. I'm using Windows 7, i was using Proxifier to connect to Flash Player using proxy and there was no problems.. i can playing any Online Flash Game.

Jan 29, 2009 · The people who put up these free proxy's are not interested in adding to their bandwidth issues. As you have already seen they also don't even care if it does what you ask. They answer every question that has the word proxy in the same way.They are only interested in making money on ads or by using the proxy to hack your computer.

We proxy all requests, and the bbc website flash content isnt being displayed. My network guys have checked the proxy logs, and we see a direct connection out to the internet, which fails at the firewall. From what I read, this is normal for flash, that it doesnt use the system proxy settings.
