Apr 10, 2017 · Anyone have thoughts on Dell ProSupport vs ProSupport Plus? Looking at the comparison chart, it looks like the only applicable difference to most SMB customers would be accidental damage, which for servers is going to amount to power surges.

May 14, 2011 · ProSupport is hassle-free and you get faster service (no waiting on the phone for next available rep), and their reps are usually better-informed as well. The only thing is that I'm not sure about is if basic NBD service can do parts-only dispatches. I have ProSupport for IT, so it's default for me.
