The issue is not with installing the Service Pack for Proliant software, but completing the file download from HPE on any web browser. This only occurs for the "Post Production" tier Service Pack for ProLiant Gen8.1 for both the full SPP download (5.44GB) and any custom SPP download with/without options being checked off.
