Feb 22, 2018 · Without the Bi-Directional support on the Printer port (via USB) I am not able to monitor the individual color toner levels or check which toner cartridge needs replacing. The printer console is indicating that one of the color toner cartridges is low but it does not tell me which one.

Nov 22, 2019 · It has bidirectional support enabled, but its greyed out and I cant un-tick it. It is disabled on the queue on the server so I removed the printer uninstalled the driver and added the printer again but upon checking the properties the tick is still there. I added the printer on my laptop and bidirectional support is turned off.
