This did not happen with Premiere Pro 2018 at all, despite utilizing the same hardware--a 15 inch Surface Book 2. All my drivers are up to date, as far as I'm aware. I've also ensured via the NVidia Control Panel that Premiere Pro 2019 is set to use my 1060 instead of my Intel integrated graphics--and that does nothing.

Apr 25, 2016 · Premiere Pro does NOT have a list built into the app anymore for what cards it works with. It's the capabilities of the card the program looks for, not the model number. One simply needs a card above the current minimal specs. So "adding a card to the list" doesn't actually do anything for anyone's use of PrPro.
