Jun 17, 2018 · I was curious because there is a taboo on talking about the challenges of parenthood even though those challenges seem quite common. I looked it up and found an Australian organization called PANDA that provides support for PND (web info, a helpline etc). Their stats say that 1 in 7 mums have some sort of peri or post natal depression.

Jan 24, 2020 · Great advice and thank you for sharing for others to get insight into what they may go through. I just say this because if I'd have read this back when I was experiencing these symptoms maybe I would have sought help and felt better about myself and also have taken much joy in being with my little ones instead of suffering from a depression that was not my fault at all.
